PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU, THE USER, CUSTOMER, OR  PROSPECTIVE  CUSTOMER  TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE THIS SITE. IF   YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN  PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITES OR OUR SERVICES. THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF 06/01/2025.

1. Introduction 

* Welcome to Fast Link (the "Service"), a URL shortening service provided by SZ Solution LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). 

* These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any associated software, including features such as Bio pages and other advanced functionalities (collectively, the "Service"). 

* By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. 

* Regarding Age: There is no minimum age to register for Fast Link. However, if you are below the legal age of consent in your residing state or country, you must obtain parental or guardian approval before creating an account and using our Service. You are solely responsible for obtaining such approval.

2. Account Registration and Use 

* Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, including shortening URLs and accessing advanced features, you must register for an account ("Account"). 

* Information Collected: 

* For free Accounts, we collect your IP address, email address, chosen username, and other information necessary to operate the service. 

* For paid Accounts, in addition to the information for free accounts, payment details will be required. These payment details are processed by our third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not directly store your full payment card information. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these third-party processors. 

* Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@szsolutionllc.com of any unauthorized use of your Account. 

* Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. User Conduct, Content, and Responsibilities 

* Responsibility for Links and Content: You are solely responsible for the original URLs you shorten, any content you create or display using features like Bio pages, and the content of any destination websites linked via the Service ("Destination Content"). Fast Link does not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content or Destination Content. 

* Content Review and Moderation: 

* While ultimate responsibility lies with you, Fast Link reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review content. Our automated systems or designated third-party providers (e.g., Google Safe Browse) may scan links and content for certain types of prohibited material, such as phishing schemes or severe spam. 

* We may, at our sole discretion, block, remove, or disable access to any shortened link or content if: 

* We receive a report from users or third parties regarding potential violations. 

* Our systems or third-party providers identify it as potentially harmful or in violation of these Terms (e.g., flagged as phishing or malware by Google Safe Browse or similar services). 

* We determine it violates these Terms or applicable laws. 

* Any party may report suspicious or infringing links/content to our administrators at support@szsolutionllc.com.

* Prohibited Uses and Content: You agree not to use the Service to create, share, link to, or display any content that: 

* Is related to phishing, spreading malware, or constitutes severe spam. 

* Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. 

* Promotes or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). 

* Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., copyright, trademark). 

* Transmits any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "chain letters," or "pyramid schemes." * Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware. 

* Promotes or facilitates illegal activities or substances. 

* Is deemed by us, in our sole discretion, to be otherwise malicious, harmful, or inappropriate for the Service. 

* You also agree not to: 

* Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service. 

* Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

4. Service Provision & Limitations 

* Service Description: Fast Link is a URL shortening service that also provides features such as Bio pages and other advanced functionalities. 

* Service Availability: We will use our best efforts to keep the Service operational. However, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs), even for paid accounts. SZ Solution LLC is not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. All use of the Service is at your own risk. 

* Right to Modify or Terminate Service: We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. 

* Link Expiration: The user creating the link is responsible for setting the expiration time for their shortened URLs. By default, shortened links will not expire unless an expiration is set by the user. 

* Usage Limits: Specific usage limits, which may vary based on account type (e.g., free or paid tiers), are detailed on our pricing page. Please refer to the pricing page on our website for current information on these limits. 

* Custom Aliases/Branded Domains: We offer the ability to create custom short URLs (custom aliases) and to use branded domains. For more information on these options and any associated terms, please contact us. 

* Third-Party Infrastructure: The Service utilizes Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) such as Cloudflare and/or Fastly to enhance performance and availability. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of these providers to the extent they are applicable.

5. Data & Privacy 

* Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy can generally be accessed via a link in the website footer or by navigating to the /page/privacy path on the domain through which you are accessing the Service (e.g., [YourServiceDomain.com]/page/privacy). By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

* Data Collection: We collect information necessary to operate and improve the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, original URLs, user IP addresses, email addresses, usernames, click statistics, content for Bio pages, and other information you provide or that is generated through your use of the Service. For paid accounts, payment processing is handled by third parties as detailed in Section 2. 

* Analytics/Tracking: We utilize data collected, including click statistics and usage patterns, for analytics and tracking purposes. This data is deemed necessary for the operation of the Service, to monitor its performance, to improve features, and for security purposes.

6. Intellectual Property 

* Our Intellectual Property: The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SZ Solution LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SZ Solution LLC. 

* User-Generated Content (including Shortened Links and Bio Page Content): You retain ownership of your original URLs and any original content you create for features like Bio pages. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify (for the purpose of formatting and providing the Service), and distribute your shortened links and Bio page content solely for the purposes of operating, providing, and improving the Service.

7. Paid Accounts and Refund Policy 

* Paid Services: Certain features or usage tiers of the Service may require payment. All terms related to paid services, including pricing and features, are detailed on our pricing page. 

* Refund Policy: SZ Solution LLC will not offer refunds for any paid services, unless prohibited by applicable law where specific conditions legally mandate a refund, or except in the event the Company, in its sole discretion, decides to discontinue the entire Fast Link service. In such an event of complete business discontinuation, any potential refunds or credits would be determined by the Company at that time. No other refunds are provided for any reason, including but not limited to account termination by us or by you, or dissatisfaction with the Service, subject to your statutory rights where applicable. 

* No Service Level Agreements (SLAs): As stated in Section 4, even for paid accounts, the Service is provided on a "best efforts" basis without any guaranteed SLAs regarding uptime or performance.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 

* Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SZ SOLUTION LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IF SUCH LAWS ARE APPLICABLE AND MANDATE OTHERWISE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. 

* Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SZ SOLUTION LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Indemnification 

* You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SZ Solution LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) User Content (including Destination Content of your shortened URLs and Bio page content) you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the Service.

10. Termination 

* Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your Account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. 

* Termination by You: You may terminate your Account by discontinuing use of the Service. If you wish to delete your account data, please contact us at support@szsolutionllc.com, though data deletion will be subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. 

* Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law * These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Georgia, in each case located in the appropriate county where SZ Solution LLC is registered or principally operates.

12. Dispute Resolution and Service Discontinuation 

* User Disputes: For disputes you may have with Fast Link regarding the Service, you agree to first contact us at support@szsolutionllc.com and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. 

* Company's Right in Event of Major Disputes: SZ Solution LLC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cease operations and shut down the Fast Link website and Service in the event of what it deems to be significant legal disputes, operational challenges, or other factors that make continued operation untenable for the Company. This is not a standard dispute resolution mechanism for individual user grievances but a reserved right of the Company.

13. Changes to Terms 

* We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least three (3) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, primarily by posting the updated Terms on the Fast Link website on the Terms page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. 

* In rare cases, for what we deem to be highly significant material changes, we may also elect to notify active users via email. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 

* By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

14. Miscellaneous 

* Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SZ Solution LLC concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. 

* Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. 

* No Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
